I am experiencing an issue where the automatic sync/clearing of the Substate field works perfectly during individual record updates but fails to trigger during bulk updates.
I have verified this behavior across multiple environments and would appreciate any insight into why this discrepancy is occurring.
Steps & Behavior Observed:
- Individual Record Updates (Expected Behavior):
- Changing the State from In Stock to Missing on a single record automatically clears the Substate to None, as expected.
- Bulk Updates (Unexpected Behavior):
- Selecting multiple records via a list view and updating the State to Missing leaves the existing Substate (e.g., Pending Release) intact instead of clearing it.
