RITM level variable editor

I have a catalog item (likely Customer Care) where I created a select box variable named "Is selected", and you want this variable to be editable even after the request is submitted (RITM created).
But RITM level all variables is showing read-only. I want to my custom variable is editable

Hi @vinod6 , under Requested Item table, there is an OOB onLoad Client Script named- 'Variable Editor Readonly' which is inactive by default. But, if it is made active, it will make all the variables in RITM read-only. Check if that client script is active.

I checked client script it is in inactive state but RITM level variables is showing read only

How about other variables? are those editable?

what role does that user have?

Is that user able to see other variables as editable?
