sending email based on percentage basis from due date field

Hello team,

I have a catalog item which has a due date variable as shown below where future date will be added

Based on the due date, on a percentage basis of 30%,70%,100% from the ticket creation date, i want to send reminder emails. Is there any way we can achieve it. Kindly help

use Flow Designer combined with a custom Flow Variable or Script Include to dynamically calculate the duration milestones.
