Service now integration

Good day all,

I am new to ServiceNow and started courses in the servicenow university.

It appears we are going to use servicenow as our asset management platform in the future. I am the Hardware Asset Manager and am looking for relevant modules to take to prepare myself for the transition.

Any advise?

Thanks

Carsten

Hi @carstengies,

first of all, welcome to the world of ServiceNow!

ServiceNow university is an excellent starter, in the top menu there is Learn and Craeer Journeys you might take, but these are more specific to a role. You can simply search for "HAM" and you will get many courses, some of them are for free some are paid ones.

You said you were HAM Manager sou you know some of it, but take a look at these three trainings to extend your knowledge and experience and apply it on ServiceNow:

I passed the HAM CIS this year so if you have any questions to this module, hit me up!

ALso, if you would like to know about more modules, let me know what will be your specialisations, what is your industry/area etc... ITSM is always useful because every company has internal employees 😄 and then it depends, do you provide business, what kind, to whom, ... based on that in can be SPM, or ITOM, CMDB, ......

Let me know what do you think
