ServiceNow CMDB integration with service Graph connector for Microsoft Intune

Hi,

I am working with the ServiceNow integration with the SGC-Microsoft Intune.

I want to pull RAM, CPUcount and modelNumber, but looks these are not available on Intune data
Please suggest how to get that data into my Intune integration.
