SG-SCCM breaks CI Asset Sync

I have a odd issue. The CI asset field sync works OOTB for all of my SG connectors. But for any CI created by SCCM the CI is linked to the Asset but the Asset is not linked to the CI. The OOTB field sync dose not work for those CIs or Asset records also. 

I have looked through all of the Business rules, Model categories, Asset--CI sync field maps and cannot find any reason for this to happen.

Any suggestions or anyone ran into this before?

I had this happen to me, but with a different scenario. Can you go to the table list view in question, find a record where you have this issue, then right click on the field and do a show matching. I am curious to see if there is a sys_id that shows up in the filter query at the top.
