System attribute condition of ACL is not capturing in update set. It got captured for newly created ACL but with already created ACL when I'm trying to update system attribute it is not getting captured. I have tried with manually add to update set also, it's capturing ACL without sytem attribute condition.
How to capture it?

I presume you mean Security Attribute which was first introduced in Vancouver?
If you created a new custom Security Attribute then you need to go to that record and add it into your Update Set manually as those records are treated as data. Use the 'Add to Update Set' add-in available from Share if you haven't got it installed.
If it's an OOTB Security Attribute you are selecting on your ACL it should be captured automatically as part of the ACL configurating update if you are in an Update Set.
Also you need to be aware of the different Security Attribute types Local or Existing. There is a good write up on the whole thing here: ServiceNow's New Security Attributes | AppOmni
