Unable to Reactivate OOB Flow "Standard Hardware Asset Request"

I deactivated the OOB flow "Standard Hardware Asset Request" to test something, and now I'm unable to reactivate it. Could someone please assist with this issue?

The issue is caused by a corrupt data  which had a missing reference which caused the Flow to not get activated.
And Obviously check the scope first and then follow the above steps if still issue occurs.
