Hi Community ,
I want to know if there is an easy way to use the Serial Number field during the scanning of the devices in a HAM Audit .I have tried one community article ,it did help but there's a lot of customization involved .Also once we do this customization ,option to select multiple serial number or tags at once .Also the review option vanishes once we do the customization .Only one asset tag & serial number can be viewed and submitted and also the count field option is not visible .
Requesting any experts to help with their suggesstions if anyone encountered the same .
