Hi folks,
I was recently asked if I could provide a forecast using ServiceNow for supported hardware projections. This report basically covers manufacturer's support for the purchased hardware in my company. When probed further, I was told that it is not warranty support, but driver and BIOS support that manufacturer provides to existing devices in the company.
I've explored a few options and so far, I can't see any end support date in hardware models. Can I know if this type of forecasts and projections can be done in ServiceNow?

Hi @Jerry Ong ,
you can create a report on that using the alm_hardware table if you are managing the required attribute there, if not then you should manage those attribute somewhere in Servicenow to create those reports.
