Hi Experts,

We need a customization on the PO receiving page ServiceNow. 

Steps to be followed:

1. Create a Purchase order

2. Move to Order state

3. Load the assets by ASN process

4. Click on Receive button from the purchase order

5. Receiving page will be opened

6. Click on the notepad icon next to the Receiving quantity field.

7. Capture asset tags page will open

Customization: We need a filter option there to filter assets based on condition and then receive those specific assets.

Please suggest me if any OOB option exists or custom solution for this.

Hey Anthony,

There is no easy way to customize the receiving page, but as a backup option, since you are building the asset via an ASN, I also assume they are referenced to the PO that started the process. Another alternative to try or for anyone else would be to manage to receive from the list view or use the mobile app. Mobile is my preferred method for our customers to adopt, and process design is more open in this method. That way, barcode scanning can be used to verify serial number match, and lookup is a bit easier.
