At the moment, I'm trying to identify where exactly the approval is generated in the RMA process.
I'm don't believe this is an OOTB feature, but I also don't believe that it was reworked from the ground up:
In our environment, the first RMATASK that generates is to evaluate whether the Repair cost is above or below a given threshold. If the task is marked as "Above" and closed, an approval is created on the sysapproval_approver table, but doesn't seem to be associated from the "approval for" field. I am also unable to find a Request Approval action on any of the flows, or anything that would indicate the creation of an approval task on any of the business rules.
Any assistance or suggestions are appreciated.
