Health and Safety Case Management
Organizations need tools to provide a supportive and well-organized experience to reduce stress and uncertainty while ensuring efficient handling of health and safety concerns. Without an efficient case management application, employees struggle to get their health and safety questions answered, and managing return-to-work cases becomes prone to delays and errors.
ServiceNow Health and Safety Case Management streamlines this process by allowing employees to submit health and safety inquiries directly within the Employee Center, accessible on any device. Safety teams can effortlessly create and manage return-to-work (RTW) cases, track medical clearance information, and coordinate accommodations. By integrating with HRSD journeys, the solution ensures cross-departmental organization and successful employee reintegration.
Offline inspections
Organizations have a responsibility to ensure consistent and standard safety inspections across all locations, even in areas with no connectivity.
With offline capabilities, employees can conduct safety inspections without needing connectivity, leveraging the native mobile app for off-site or facility inspections. The solution automatically assigns scheduled Health and Safety inspections to employees, enabling them to proactively identify hazards and minimize the risk of incidents or injuries, regardless of connectivity limitations.
ServiceNow continues to find ways to enhance health and safety culture for organizations. We encourage you to view the product release note, attend our What’s New webinars and collaborate with our team and your peers from our community.
