Health and Safety incident Management Usability issues

Hi everyone, wanted to put this out here to see if this is hopefully up for a fix in a future release of Health and Safety Incident Management. I am in the middle of an implementation and trying my very hardest to keep it Baseline, but that is proving difficult. Some issues I am seeing:

1. On the Injury records the time of incident and time of Injury being a text field with a very specific format is not very popular with the customer. It will lead to a lot of frustration and inaccurate information being entered. Simply modifying it to a date/time field as it should have likely been designed from the beginning will not work because there is a 500 line script include using mostly regex to manage these fields and get them into the OSHA PDF.

2. These really bad free form text "date/time" fields mentioned above have to be formatted exactly as HH:mm:ss in order for the times to be correctly captured in the OSHA PDF document. My customer uses a different time format and is now left with a choice of modifying for the whole platform or customizing the 500 line script include mentioned earlier

3. OOTB Health and Safety Incident Management provides notifications for when incidents and Observations are commented, however in the Workspace views, no Comments fields were provided for either ticket type, which means we will likely have to customize the workspace and playbook to allow additional commenting to happen.

Thanks @keithlyon22. These are very true. To add to your list, there is also the "Default Filter" located in the "Health & Safety Workspace" filter panel for Related Lists that has "Active = true" as a default. But, there does not appear to be a way to disable this filter. Yes, it has a "x" to click on to remove it (see screenshot below) from that current view but as soon as you refresh the page, it reappears (or you can simply click "Restore Defaults"). This has been VERY frustrating since trying to find this "default" setting has been impossible. I mean, if someone can show me screenshots AND step by step of how to remove this "default," that would be spectacular. But for now, this has to be deemed a bug.
