Incident Pattern Detector

Persona: EHS Manager

Docs: link to docs page

Safety teams spend significant time manually filtering through spreadsheets, reports, and disconnected systems to identify incident trends. This reactive approach makes it difficult to spot emerging risks before they escalate, and without automated tools, systemic patterns can persist and lead to repeat incidents.

The Incident Pattern Detector proactively identifies recurring trends across Health and Safety Incidents using AI. It surfaces action plans to empower safety teams to quickly address root causes and shift from reactive investigation to proactive risk prevention.

Key capabilities:

  • Automatically detect recurring patterns across location, time, people involved, assets, injuries, and incident categories
  • Prioritize focus with classified severity pattern levels (Critical, High, Low)
  • Take proactive measures with AI-authored summaries and suggested corrective actions
  • Provide confidence scores and evidence groupings for each detected pattern

Case Analyzer

Persona: EHS Manager or Occupational Health Manager

Docs: link to docs page

Health and Safety Cases can become a time-consuming manual task. Safety teams spend significant effort responding to and resolving cases, pulling them away from high-value work. Without a structured approach, responses can be inconsistent and time to resolution can be longer than necessary.

The Case Analyzer is an AI Agent that analyzes open Health and Safety Cases, compares them against historical cases and knowledge articles, and generates suggested action plans to drive faster, more consistent resolution.

Key capabilities:

  • Analyze historical cases and knowledge articles to generate tailored recommended actions
  • Save time and effort for safety teams triaging cases
  • Ensure consistency across case responses to enhance the employee experience
  • Allow safety teams to reclaim their time for high-impact safety work

Conversational Observation Intake

Persona: Employee

Docs: link to docs page

Employees are often discouraged from reporting safety concerns if they feel the process is too long or cumbersome. Low reporting rates mean organizations miss critical hazard and risk data. A more accessible and intuitive intake experience can meaningfully improve reporting culture.

Conversational Observation Intake provides a guided, conversational experience via Now Assist for employees to submit safety observations. Rather than navigating a traditional form, employees can describe what they observed in natural language while the AI collects all required information to create a complete observation record.

Key capabilities:

  • Increase accessibility and encourage employees to report safety concerns
  • Provide an intuitive, conversational experience for faster and easier reporting
  • Ensure all key information is collected for safety teams to investigate
  • Adds an additional reporting channel alongside the existing record producer
