Response Templates within the Health and Safety Workspace

Hi everyone,

We are implementing HRSD + Health and Safety for a customer. Some of the teams will access both HR Agent Workspace and the Health and Safety Workspace.

In the HR workspace, you can use Response Templates but within the Health and Safety Workspace that doesn't seem to exist, which is odd.

The customer has expressed the need to have Response Templates for Health and Safety Cases (just like they do for HR Cases) - how can this be configured to allow for it?

I have reviewed some links about enabling response templates within configurable workspaces but this seems like custom workspaces and would involve a lot of customisation of an OOTB workspace (which is never a great idea).

Hoping others have seen this kind of things before or even implemented it in the past.

yes it's not available OOTB on Health and Safety Workspace on record
