Not sure if this is the right forum, my first post. We are a healthcare organization and often have scheduled maintenance by our ISP. When maintenance is scheduled, they send us a calendar invite, but often it's difficult to manually submit changes for each maintenance window. Is there any way to automate the process where their calendar invite could open a change ticket w/ the body of the email being the description of the change?
I know changes in SNow create calendar invites, hoping the reverse logic is possible as well.
If anyone else has suggestions on how to accomplish this in SNow I'm also open to alternatives.
