well, hiring is quite complex process and not knowing your background, location or role that you are aiming at makes it impossible to find out :))
Perhaps start where you are located, if you are looking for full time or contractor roles, what's your commuting preferences and then some of your background and experience against where you want to be hired.
I believe that sharing these details will increase your chances a lot, from my experience LinkedIn is still reliable in this (at least in Europe, found jobs in 3 different countries).
