We just finished implementing Employee Center (standard) and need to stand up a lightweight governance process to manage modifications to our taxonomy and connected content going forward. Does anyone have an example of something like that or best practices to share?

I also need the same - as well as guidance whether taxonomy changes should be done in lower environments and migrated or just addressed in prod

We decided to use a simple two-tier centralized governance model for now. This may be modified later as we mature or if we move to EC Pro. 1st tier is a small group of content product owners from knowledge, incident, and request process areas. 2nd tier is platform owners (leaders). Decisions are made at tier 1 and vetted at tier 2. Members of the tier 1 group will be using standard pre-approved changes to make updates in prod. The updates will first be done in QA (part of our change process) and then be re-created in Prod.
