Identified Person Type's in ServiceNow

Hello,

I am curious, we are building ITSM and HRSD and we wanted to seek input from other health system using both. What "buckets" of people types did you settle on? 

for example:

employee

non-employee

or

physician

nurse

administrative

consultant

contractor

contingent

etc....

@Blue It all depends on your data model needs. If you can use Employee/Non employee if further segregation based on employee persona is not needed. However, if such classification is needed then go with the second option.
