Starting a thread here to better understand the use cases across different health systems. How are you using Servicenow change management to normalize and share data courier changes across the enterprise?

Sentara Health uses Content Management. We've made it a standard that ALL migrations should be done in CM tickets. We then document the Data courier package that actually moved the build in ServiceNow.

Is that an in house integration or does the person have to type the move out manually in Servicenow?

Unfortunately, it's manually documented. It would be great if it could be automatically exported to ServiceNow somehow though!

Are you using the Change Management module to capture in Service Now? Approximately how many changes do you move a month? I'd like to learn more about your process if you are willing to share. I'm at greeningc@mlhs.org.
