ServiceNow Epic Integration?

What kind of integration do you have between your Epic and ServiceNow instances? We don't have any type of automatic integration between the two systems and I'm interested to see what's already being done.

Hey Quan, I work for HonorHealth in Phoenix AZ. We have a couple...

1. We use the Epic Help Desk button within Epic to automatically create incidents.

2. We integrate our interface engine to monitor queues. if a queue starts to back up, or stops processing, then we create an incident. and if its a critical alert, then we text the person on-call and notify our Service Desk. (This is more of an integration with our interface engine, but it affects Epic directly)

 

We have imported nova notes in the past, however it was a lot of double documentation because analyst would have to close the task in 2 different systems. so we have since stopped that practice.

 

and that is all, I have been working with Epic to get EMP, SER, Nova, and Sherlock. but nothing yet. 😞
