Employee Experience Packs are organized into three types: Journey, Feature Accelerator, and Insight Guide. Journey packs offer blueprints for important career and personal journeys, Feature Accelerator packs enable efficient adoption of product innovations, and Insight Guide packs provide additional perspectives to your digital transformation.
Journey Packs:
Journey packs provide best practice templates for end-to-end employee journeys like onboarding and offboarding. Employee journeys are often complex, cross-departmental, and difficult to build from scratch. With Journey packs, deliver end-to-end experiences with out-of-the-box workflows, easily configurable to meet your unique needs. In the Enterprise Onboarding pack, assets like activities, knowledge articles, surveys, document templates and more are constructed into activity sets that take place over different phases such as Welcome to the Team, Day 1, and Ramp Up. This pack provides a visualization of the overarching workflow needed to drive a seamless onboarding journey. Other journey packs include Transfers, Promotions Return to Workplace, Leave of Absence packs and more.
Employee Transfers Experience Pack
Feature Accelerator Packs:
Feature Accelerator packs provide real-life examples on how to use specific features in HR Service Delivery. On the Employee Center, you can launch targeted content to quickly inform employees of relevant news, based on their role and location. In the current and ever changing COVID-19 health crisis, customers need an efficient way to support employee questions and requests from anywhere. Many leverage the Health Alert Campaign pack, which includes pre-packaged to-dos, notifications, portal content, knowledge articles and blocks, and an HR case. This pack enables customers to communicate with employees and provide timely answers during the COVID-19 health crisis. Other Feature Accelerator Packs include the Earth Day and Sustainability Campaign, Tax Time Campaign, and Open Enrollment Campaign packs.

Insight Guide Packs:
Insight Guide packs provide additional insights on how and when to leverage features in HR Service Delivery. For example, the alumni population can be critical during business opportunities like seasonal hiring. The Alumni Service Center pack features an insight guide that provides suggestions on how to create great alumni experiences, what alumni personas to target, and when to engage with alumni on the Alumni Service Center.
