🧬Generation AI

 We recently partnered with Comic Relief US to craft a report focused on understanding and engaging with Gen Z, the generation that will define the next era of innovation. While there are many key insights, and overall a large majority feel AI can have a positive or very positive societal impact, here are a few of the highlights:

  • GenZ expects more than “AI tools”. They want workplaces that help them grow with AI, not be replaced by it.
  • Critical use vs. passive use of AI needs to be the mindset. Question the AI output and build upon human skills such as empathy, ethics, and creative thinking for maximum impact.
  • Global context is key. There was much variation across perspectives globally, and messaging needs to be tailored.

This agentic use case is comprised of three different agents focused on scheduling, summarizing the employee’s recent work and data, and generating resources for managers to prepare for an effective dialogue.

Ever wondered how AI Agents can make a real impact without a massive project plan?

I built one that solves a surprisingly common problem: messy inbound emails turning into unreadable HR cases. The AI Agent reviews the email content, summarizes it in 100 characters or less, and rewrites the HR Case’s Short Description so every case actually makes sense.

 

It took less than an hour to set up, and the results were immediate.
