Activity Container

We are using an activity container in our sequential task.

1. Onboarding Associate task to fulfill

2. PreHire task to fulfill

However, when we updated the state of Item 1 to cancelled and close incomplete, it is still creating task number 2. Is there any way to handle this using the activity container?

You might consider an activity that calls an HR service configured with Service Activities, which would create a related case to the LE case. Once you cancel the related case, all tasks associated to the case will moved to Close Incomplete.
