Activity OOB New Hire Documentation is not working

Hi,

the OOB activity New Hire Documentation does not work when is placed inside the second activity set with order 200 and trigger after the first activity set.

When I moved to the first one it works!

Can someone explain this?

This is a new lifecycle event and the activity NHD was duplicated for this one.
