Actual start is trigerring for some case while it is empty for most of the hr cases

Hi Team,

The Actual start field is populating for some hr cases but seems to be empty for most of the hr cases. How to fix it.

Hello FURQUAN5 ,

 

There is UI action name as "Start Work" which is visible to assigned to person of HR case.

If check by impersonating assigned to and the case which in ready state the it is visible.

On click "Start Work" case changes state to work in progress and current time is updated. 

 

Apart from assigned to any other person changes the state without using button action then according to me actual start date not captured .

 

So this not the bug , you can read about functionality and do validation on case.
