Is there any way to hide the SLA Breached case card tag on the case card in HR UIB workspace landing page?

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,
Most probably you don't have Breached SLAs, or it is an older version of the Workspace (Mine is 3.2.1).

I am able to see now.
But why to hide that? It's an information to the agents on dashboard which says how much time it has elapsed since SLA breached?
It comes from this page but it's read-only so you cannot duplicate it. So I believe you can't alter this behavior

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,
It is a requirement from a customer that doesn't use the SLAs.
If you want to modify the page, you need to make a copy (duplicate variant on the upper right corner) and change the order (for example -1) and it will displayed as a home page.
