Hello Everyone,
I have a requirement where in one of the activity sets of the lifecycle event, there is a HR task and I need to attach one attachment here so that post the case creation, the attachment will be appeared in the HR task. Can anyone help me with this.

so it will always be same file which gets attached to any HR task generated as part of that activity set?

Hello Ankur,
Yes for this particular HR task, its the same attachment every time.
I have the HR template associated with this HR task, I have added attachment in the HR template but after the case creation, it didn't get added in the HR task, any other possible way to do?

Just to add to this, after the case creation, while uploading the documents in the HR task, is it possible to restrict the users to add the files in the certain format only like Jpg like that.
