Add attachment in the HR task

Hello Everyone, 
I have a requirement where in one of the activity sets of the lifecycle event, there is a HR task and I need to attach one attachment here so that post the case creation, the attachment will be appeared in the HR task. Can anyone help me with this.

check this link; I don't think it happens OOB. you will require script forthis

PDF Attachment not comes from HR template to HR task
