Is there a way to add an existing case as a child case to another existing case?

Hi @CLM,

There sure is. Leverage the 'Parent' field which does exactly this....

From the below screen shot you can see the link between the 'Child' and 'Parent' cases...

One quick follow up question. Can I close a parent case independently of the child case and the child case remain open?
