Adding Content to topics automatically

When we add content from a KB category to a topic in employee center, and then later add a new article or catalog item, they do not appear until i rerun the button to add that category. How can we make this auto import??

Unfortunately,  auto import won't be possible.

Thank you. Hopefully they change that soon! For large knowledge bases that will be rough to keep track of.
