After upgrading to ECPro and standard ticket page, unable to view description or case details

We implemented ServiceNow ECpro recently and noticed description field is missing on standard ticket page.

I configured description "Always " on Standard ticket page configuration but it didn't help.

Previously on HRM info tab we had similar issue and ServiceNow Hi had suggested to Description variable on client controller script but not sure how do we tackle it on Standard ticket page, please advice.

Hi @snowuser4 ,

Navigate to Standard ticket> Standard ticket configuration> Open the record which is in ask, for example:

Update "Show Description" to "Always"
