An Indicator in CHRO Dashboard is showing No Scores to display

Hello Community, Good Day.

 

I'm currently working on the CHRO Dashboard configurations. Need some help in troubleshooting this issue.

1) Problem: In the CHRO dashboard , the "Average time taken for Onboarding by region" widget is showing up error "There are no scores available for the indicator" though the data is present.
2) Problem explanation: As the widget is "Average time taken for Onboarding by region" , the breakdown in on the region field , Hence the breakdown mapping is as follows ( refer attachment ), Though the breakdown mapping (with script )is added on that respective table ( sn_hr_le_case ) the data on the analytic hub is not showing up , when the breakdown is selected.

3) Steps did for troubleshooting :
a) Raised enough no of records in the HR Lifecycle event table to make sure the analytics hub would provide the visualisation.
b) Checked the Breakdown mapping of the breakdown " Region" and made sure the breakdown mapping is on the HR Lifecycle event table

Requesting help / suggestions in troubleshooting this issue.

Hi @Siddhant VSK ,

 

Please verify the scheduled jobs to collect historical and daily data from the table.

If the jobs are inactive, made them active and run them with breakdown enable (add Breakdown to indicator).

To see the score, Open the Indicator and click on Show scores for this indicator.

 

Use Analytics Hub directly to test and apply Breakdown: Region. See if any values load

If they do load, the issue is with the widget configuration.
If they don’t load, the issue is with indicator / breakdown mapping / data collection.
