Anonymous Report Center catalog item

Hello, 

We are currently looking at implementing the Anonymous Report Center. Can someone clarify whether it is possible to modify the Report Misconduct form in the ARC so that it is different to that in the standard service catalog? If so, where is this done in ServiceNow?

There is a separate HR Service and Record Producer for the ARC.  When you install the plugin, you'll 2 additional services with related record producers.  The names look the same, but they are actually different record producers.
