Anyone managed to work with the new "Word Document Templates" plugin in combination with a HR Servic

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone have managed to get the new "Word Document Templates" plugin working in combination with a HR Service. Somehow, im not getting that Document Template links to a service. It just doesnt recognize and it just want HTML or PDF templates.

Hello Alexander,

 

It seems the Word Document Template is made for Contracts (like NDA) for the Legal Application, just like the PDF/HTML Template is meant to be used by HRSD ☹️ 

I definitely have use cases for this type of template in HRSD too and hope to see it more "open" in the futur.

 

Note: If you ever get more insight from ServiceNow that would be awesome to let me know too 😄
