Approvals for Delegates are not visible at all in ESC Portal

Hi Team,

 

The Delegate Approvals are not showing in the ESC portal for the end user (snc_internal) and it is showing errors in portal. Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.

we are using the custom widget for generating approval and delegate approvers.

for the user who have the certain roles they can able to see the delegate and my approvals in portal but the end user cannot. in custom widget we haven't given any role

Hi @Community Alums You may want to check any Application Restricted Caller Access records (RCA) to see if any are at a status other than "Allowed". These types of messages are a good indication the API/Execution may be blocked. This would be the first thing to check. If you do not see any RCA records that are not at the status of "Allowed", let us know and we can continue on to help.

Updating the below property to V3 seems to work for us
