Hi - Is it mandatory that the HR application should be on Scope application before we can start using EDM. We are currently on Jakarta Legacy HR module.

Hi Bhupesh,

 

EDM functionality has been enabled with London upgrade. EDM plugin has the prerequisite for HR scope application.

Yes, the scoped HR application is required to use the EDM application.

Hi,

 

I’m facing some EDM issues in terms of direct document[Create New] upload & move attachment with [edm manager & document writer]. First I thought of configuration issue and checked configured issue with my personal instance.

 

In the Personal instance it is working fine I excepted the results & also with ef.admin all is working fine.

 

Roles that issue I’m facing is sn_hr_ef.manager & sn_hr_ef.document_writer.

 

Issue 1: Move Attachment[From Case] is only showing the label Filename, document type & Topic Detail but not fields.

 

Issue 2: The Direct Upload[Create New] Document is not allowing user to see the document type & upload the attachment.

 

Note: the same configuration is working in my personal instance.
