At glance icon for Alumni

Hi Team,

For alumni users, case raised from asc portal.

For that HR cases, at glance icon in contextual side bar is not available.

Is there any way to configure it?

could you possibly explain your requirement? What icon do you want to have? Also, you mentioned missing sidebar but your screenshot displays it... please provide more details to answer your question more meaningfully

Requirement: When a user who exists in the sn_asc_user table (Alumni user) raises an HR case, the At a Glance panel should be available and display the user's details from the sn_asc_user table.

Current Behavior: For alumni users, the At a Glance icon itself is not visible, preventing agents from viewing the alumni details.

@PreethiG6447769 okay, the visibility of these can be set at UI Builder (perhaps somewhere else navigating to some tables at the backend), I remember there was the possibility to do so.

Do you have chance to check in UIB?

@PreethiG6447769  There is a script include that drives the data returned in the At a Glance section.  It will be beneficial to evaluate this in order to accommodate your use case.
