I have a requirement in ATF where we are generating a HR case and under that we have several HR tasks like laptop selection and mobile selection
Since we are unable to navigate through these HR tasks within the Service portal, we need to complete these HR tasks within the backend. The obstacle here is that for that we need a custom script so that we can set certain field values in the backend and those should be sent to Service portal page so that those HR tasks are completed in the Service portal page and then we can receive the completion status in backend again.
If anyone has worked on such configuration, please do let us know.
