Awaiting Acceptance in HR Case

Hi Folks,

What is flow of state Awaiting Acceptance in the HR case.

I know when state changes to Awaiting Acceptance workflow will trigger.

In my case I have created a workflow for the Custom HR service. I have set the state to Close Complete after approval=approved. But the state is changing to Awaiting Acceptance after update. I don't want the user acceptance. How to deactivate that and if we deactivate what could be the impact.

Hi SMORA,

 

The OOB HR Service configuration offers Case Options to not have the case go to Awaiting Acceptance. This can be configured for the HR Service by selecting the "Skip Automatic User Acceptance State" as seen below. This is configured for each HR Service, so you have flexibility on which HR Services will use this Case Option.

@Arpitha2 @sai78 I recommend to submit an issue to ServiceNow support. The case option on the HR Service should eliminate the case going to Awaiting Acceptance.
