I have a question around Benefits Administration:
1. Open Enrollment
2. Benefits Enrollment Inquiry vs. Benefits Inquiry
3. Add Dependent/Beneficiaries
4. Total Rewards CoE vs. Benefits CoE
5. QLE (Qualified Lifecycle Events): MarriagX, Divorce, Child Birth (this can be part of PLOA)
6. Benefits related tables (under HR Profile and HR Administration modules)
1. From your past experiences and best practice perspective "How do we design and implement the Open Enrollment Process"? (You may say, start with a campaign/microsite, then?)
2. What is the difference between Benefits Enrollment Inquiry vs. Benefits Inquiry (do we really need it, does it not confuse the employees to understand which one is correct for their scenario)
3. Can we add more than 1 Beneficiary and allot (70% and 30% to each) is this OOTB?
4. Why do we have all these services mentioned above linked to Total Rewards CoE and not Benefits CoE, why is the Benefits CoE introduced? why does it not come with pre-defined services and other stuff?
5. How are QLE processed, like Marriagx/Divorce - Is this configured as Lifecycle events? or some other specific HR Service/ HR Case Table?
6. Benefits related tables (under HR Profile and HR Administration modules) I understand the HR Administration are setup tables (pulled via integration), but the HR Profile ones are actual benefits record for Employees - is this table linked to Total Rewards CoE or Benefits CoE?
