This has allowed them to assign tasks to both the Workplace Experience team and the IT team. This ask is that we create a form that allows for the right SNow tickets to be created based on the selections made on the form. We will need to be creative about the way we create the form so that it can balance between both HRSD and ITSM.

Besides that Snow is a completely different platform than ServiceNow: what is your question? Are you just describing what you are doing? You are talking about 'this', without defining what 'this' is.
You want a form that needs to go somewhere. So do that. Add a flow to the record producer/catalog item that will route the ticket accordingly, but you ask no question and give no information for us to provide any other solutions.

You want to create two tickets from one form? It can be done, just update your record producer script to do so, based on the variables that are chosen.
