We are using PDF Fillable Forms to generate a contract for a new employee and getting them to sign. We have generated the PDF Fillable Forms using Adobe, but the question has been raised asking if ServiceNow can generate the contents of the PDF Fillable Form based on set criteria for the new employee. e.g. adding the appropriate notice period based on the engagement.

Thank you Mike,
I will look into this further. As we are generating employee contracts, that page has redirected me to Configure an HR document template (HTML).

Unless I am missing something, it does not look like HR Document Templates support Document Blocks. Document Blocks sounds like the sort of functionality I am after, it is just not available in HR.

Hi Mike,
I am looking for something similar to what is available in Legal, where you can build a contract based on a set of clauses and then inject the new employees data. I have spoken to my accounts ServiceNow Solution Consultant and he has setup some time for me with a product specialist to delve into this in more detail.
Thank you for your response.
Regards,
Richard
