Can I modify the actionable knowledge feedback pop-up window?

Hi,

Is there any OOTB option to modify the reasons or pop-up window in general when actionable knowledge feedback is enabled? For example when the knowledge article is flagged, marked as not helpful or rated 1 star.

My other question: Is it possible to make the details field mandatory and hide the 'No thanks' button (without touching the UI script)?
