Hi,
I'm having a bit of a nightmare here! I got about half way through this simulator a long time ago now but then I did the classroom training for HRSD and also passed the CIS-HR exam so I never went back to it.
Now I need to have completed this simulator to gain the suite certification but evidently I have to complete all the tasks again as they are pre-requisites to where I got up to when I did it the first time. I've done this but I can't validate as you can only do this once even if your instance is lost.
I'm doing fine so far but I am at the stage where I need to do this (Step 2 - add the service activities)
My understanding is that I should be able to just create new ones from the related list at the bottom of the HR Service record. However when I go there, I have no option to create or add anything. I have changed to the HR : Core scope and it allows me to edit the record to make all of the other changes prescribed in this task, but I've tried everything and I just can't seem to fix it. Please help before I run out of instance extensions! Here is what I see on my record:

@MattA1 Check the following.
1. The Fulfilment type for HR Service should be 'Service Activity'.
2. Second point to verify if the New button is hidden on the related list view list control.
3. Third thing would be to check if you have the Create and Write permissions on the sn_hr_core_service_activity table. This can be checked using the access analyser.

@MattA1 It looks like you are in incorrect scope. First change the scope to Human Resource: Core using the Application picker on the top bar.
Once, selected you will be able to add Service Activities to the HR Service.

Thanks Sandeep - I tried this both changing it on the form (where it gives you the option) and also in the scope picker. But the list is still empty 😞

Thank you @Sandeep Rajput it was number 3! I have no idea how that happened but I changed that and then it worked fine. Many thanks for your help 🙂
