case creation service configuration

In case creation service configuration , try to select table from the task create table. But it doesn't show any table.

Hi,

This is because the dictionary attribute of this field has a Base Table set as "sn_hr_core_case" as shown below which will not allow any table in Task to be visible here:

@Akshaya You must be in the scope of the tables you want to select. Without the full details, this is my hypothesis.

This will only allow table which comes under HR case table but nothing above that which you are looking for i.e. Incident, problem, or Task etc.
