Case Response Metrics

I have a request from the business for reporting on the number of fulfiller responses within cases. For example, I would like to HRC123456 had 4 responses from the fulfiller within the case history whether it was from Additional Comments, Work Notes or Resolutions notes. The response total should include responses from all fulfillers that handled the one case, if it was passed around different assignment groups. Is this possible?
