Hey @Rkanodia -
Okay I see - you are using the older UI, and therefore the new agent workspace still pops out into a new window just like the older agent workspace version. That is why I assumed you were using the older version.
So let's try this instead -
Go to Themes, and select "Base Agent Workspace theme" record
Once there, scroll down and see UX Theme Assets area (your instance may look different), and click the information icon next to Asset "header_logo".
And then Open Record
Then click the Magnify Glass to open up the list view of Asset records
Click New --> give your new record a name (keep it consistent, so header_logo --> then add your image you want as the attachment to your new Asset record
Once that has been submitted, back on the UX Theme Asset record form, be sure to add in the Asset Properties as you see in the screenshot where I am pointing out the Magnify Glass.
Once you do that, then the image should change.
Please keep me posted if this works for you!
Cheers,
-Rob

Hi @Rob Sestito
I tried changing the logo again but was unsuccessful this time. Please let me know if I am missing any additional configuration?

Hey @Rkanodia -
Did you switch out the attachment being used when you changed the logo? Or, in the field for the "asset properties", where we have the little script saying "header_logo". You changed the name to "header_logo_hr". So now you would need to change the Asset Properties to read the same as the name of the logo you are trying to use. Within the Asset Properties field, change the following to use the correct name of your new logo.
From what I see, you still have "header_logo" - but your logo has the name "header_logo_HR". They need to match.
Adjust that and let me know if that works!
Thanks,
-Rob

Hey @Rkanodia -
Looks like this could be cache issue. I adjusted my image several times this morning without seeing the change. Until after I did a cache.do - then I saw the change in the image logo each time I adjusted.
Can you please give that a try to your system? If you have never done this before, type cache.do in the filter navigator and press enter. Let the system do its thing and then refresh your URL. If the image still has not changed after doing a cache.do. Log out, close the browser, reload browser & sign back in.
See if it changes then - and keep me posted!
