Hi all,
I have a question regarding child HR case.
I have defined a Service Activity as Child HR case (Account Notification)on one HR service (Test HR service), but when this HR service (Test HR service) is created, the child HR service (Account Notification) is not created.
Do you know why? How child HR service should be created by using Service Activity?

Hi Oliver13,
You need to use a template and in that template, set the State to "Ready". Child Cases (or any other HR Tasks) will only be generated when the parent Case is in Ready, not Draft.
